Our team is a young and highly educated team. The leader of the team is a postdoctoral fellow at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, with senior experience in metal matrix composites, and was awarded "Zhangjiagang Innovation Leading Talent" and "Gusu Leading Talent" in 2022, and our company was awarded the honorary title of Jiangsu Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Enterprise in 2023. Our core technical team is composed of one postdoctoral fellow, two masters and other highly educated and experienced professionals.
